ADF Passthrough Parts Washers
The pass through vertical door style Model 900 is one of the popular washers because it is a high production batch washer and its material handling nature. The washer comes with a roller table on both the inlet and outlet ends of the washer allowing for clean parts to be rolled out, a batch of dirty parts rolled in and the cleaning cycle started. One is a low volume/high pressure washer known as the 860 series. Parts handling takes place during the cleaning cycle.
There are two operating systems in the 900, one being a high volume/low pressure washer and the other is a low volume/high pressure system. The information below details the difference. Both models are available as single stage washers or with multiple stages such as wash, rinse, and dry. In addition to standard size, ADF is noted for modifying or customizing a washer to the user's application.
MODELS 900-910-920: The standard models are manufactured with a 24”, 32” or 42” turntable diameter and part height clearances of 18”. The standard pump performance is 7.5 TO 20 GPM at 700 PSI. This model is standard with a stainless steel cabinet and a dual filtration system. It is well suited to applications where cleanliness specifications come into play such as medical applications. MODELS 930-940-950: These models are manufactured with standard turntable diameters of 24”, 32” and 42” and part height clearance of 18” with volumes from 7.5 to 36 GPM.
