ADF Flow Through Parts Washers
ADF Flow Through or Conveyor Washers are built for the volume and cleaning requirements of each application. They are available as single or multi-stage washers with conveyor size, speed and components designed to provide high quality cleaning. ADF strongly recommends using stainless steel for pans, spray chambers, and reservoir tanks to prevent rusting and provide years of structural integrity.
ADF provides a variety of options such as belt material, heating systems, pump sizes, oil skimming, PLC's and other electronic features to make the operation automated or operator friendly. Special features on ADF washers are large access panels for maintenance of belts and nozzles, easy and open access to the tanks for cleaning, chip drawers and heavy frames for structural integrity
MODEL 17 FLOW THROUGH: ADF manufactures only one Flow Through with standard specifications. It is the Model 17 designed for cell applications with a small footprint but is versatile enough to become a multiple stage washer since it is built in a modular concept..
